LANDSCAPE INSTALLER – TEAM MEMBER – $22 TO $30/HR + BENEFITS

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Great Attitude – be a good example, show kindness, emotionally intelligent, a learner, help build team and company morale, motivated, good communicator
- Equipment Experience – SAFE around equipment, willing to learn, no previous operating experience required
- Insurable Driver’s License – must be valid, must have an insurable record
- Physically Able – able to work for long hours both on and off feet, able to lift <>50 lbs., withstand the elements
- Flexible – must be flexible with work schedule, project demands, and work as needed to meet time restraints

The expectation of our Install Team Members is they must be able to effectively work with other team members. As the on-site representative of Solstice Landscaping, an Install Team Member must conduct themselves professionally both in appearance and conduct. Daily duties include but are not limited to being under the supervision of a Foreman, loading/unloading equipment and materials, installation of trees, planting beds, sod/seeding, patios, and irrigation systems.
PAY + BENEFITS
$22.00 to $30.00 /hour + Benefits DOE. Potential benefits (if full-time + snow removal): OT hours throughout the install season, 4-day workweek based on project demands, annual salary, paid vacation and holidays, retirement matching, company vehicle for commute, health insurance stipend, company advancement, bonuses, and monthly company BBQ hangouts.
